YES, finally! I’d started again at 6:30am, and was so frustrated by 9am, I called a 2A friend who owns a local computer store, and he came over to help, and suggested Ebay.
I bought the exact same unit on Ebay for HALF the price, plus extra memory and MS-Office 2007 software, for 1/2 price.
HP.com is awful. They don’t sell home office/office-grade uniots on their site; they slough you off to a re-seller, who verbally takes the order, and could make a mistake with specs. I wanted a hard copy/receipt of my order before it arrives, so I can check it against the actual unit, and against CC charges.

good..........I was at a Target Superstore a few days ago and bought various stuff and decided to get a 6 pack as well.........at the check out they wanted my id......now get this......not to look at but I had to remove it from the wallet and they scanned it.
I’m 58 w/ white hair and white goutee ( I make goutee’s look good....lololol )
I politely gave em back the beer and told em to stick their scanner up their butt
I would not step foot in a Target again if they were givin free 1000 bills
