While I was on the toll-free 866 Small Business Office Unit line yesterday afternoon-evening for 4.5-5.5hrs, I was shuttled around to “Perine” (Bangladesh), “Alonzo” (Mexico City) and “Tony” (Toronto) and it was finally Tony who said that HP had laid-off 70-80% of full-time ordering/tech people, and hired new part-timers who just weren’t familiar with the system, and who put callers on hold indefinitely, hoping they’d drop-off. Then, at 8pm while on hold, they cut me off when they closed the order line in CA for the day. That did it.
I got mucked around by 4 people at home depot yesterday over $50.
They were all pleasant but they mucked me around for an hour and I did not get satisfaction.
