They also tried adding "bleeps" to make it look like they were swearing when no such thing happened.

Can you imagine the pressure he was under behind the scenes. You have this corny show that is the most popular in the country and the A&E libs are hating it and wanting to make it like every other disgusting program.
They thought it was going to be a show making fun of Rednecks and hillbillies and just like Patton or Archie Bunker, Americans related to them. He had to know what he was doing and was taking it to the next level of his faith in God.
