I wonder what High Risk surcharge is being applied to them?

I am getting hit for $40.00 every two weeks because I will not provide them “information” that they are barred by law from getting from my doctor, which apparently they never needed before.

Nothing has changed, not trips to the hospital, no fancy prescriptions, nothing.

A $1,040.00 a year “just for the hell of it” surcharge, on top of raising the rates, co-pay and deductable.

Plus they are hinting around that there will be an extra $25.00 every two weeks if I can’t “prove” I use nicotine. Not smoking mind you, just nicotine.

That is another $650.00 a year, based on nothing.

So, I am just wondering, how much is the “gay” surcharge?
Or the city bicycle rider surcharge?
Or the skydiver surcharge?

.
