We’re going to experience the same lack of qualified workers that they are. Obama has so damaged the military industrial complex that thousands of engineers and managers have moved on to other jobs. We’ll play hell rebuilding that force.
Wouldn’t it be as/more cost effective to just build new subs? I have no military background, so I’m just wondering what the refurb cost is vs new... Merry Christmas, all!
