he was pretty loopy at the end there- they were carrying him out on a stretcher and he was belted in and two people were holding his hands and he tried to bite one of them

Arafat died of HAGS.

HAGS = Herpes, AIDS, Gonorrhea, Syphilis and is very common in the Middle East.
