This change will be challenged in court, as it is blatant unlawful political influence over the military justice system. If the first politically mandated conviction is upheld, then the next step will be the appointment of “political commissars” to ensure that commanders are following political directives.

The commissars have already been put in place, and this bill expands them. In the Army at least, young attorney’s (JAGs) have already been dedicated solely to dealing with sexual harassment. If they want to be successful, they will need to tack more scalps on the wall than the average. Not surprisingly, the number of “reported”cases has ballooned 50 percent year over year. Subordinates now have surer ability to end a career than superiors, simply by making an unsubstantiated complaint, and letting the professional sharks make the kill.

This law expands the “special” victims counsels for sexual assault “survivors”. In other words, more commissars.
