Exactly. Nowhere in the constitution are insurance companies given the power to levy taxes. It’s the government that is imposing these taxes and fees.
At least one company, btw, is listing the taxes as a separate item so that people will know how much of the pricy policy is going to taxes.
The insurance companies helped get this thing passed. Now they’re bitching? Maybe they should have read it to find out what was in it.
