The reports below document the many stages of the investigation of the December 14, 2012 shootings at Sandy Hook Elementary School. Administratively, the investigation consists of three separate case numbers. CFS 1200704559 is the primary investigation, CFS 1200704597 is the processing of the scene at Sandy Hook Elementary School, and CFS 1200705354 is the investigation of the homicide at 36 Yogananda St. in Newtown.

As laid out in the Table of Contents, each investigation includes numerous written reports, with each case number available for separate download. Additionally, each investigation also includes various forms of multimedia including photographs, video recordings and/or audio recordings. These attachments to the reports are available for download under the case number of the investigation to which it pertains, and further divided by the document number of the corresponding report or other description.

I am with you. i have listened to and watched reports on this for months. not one thing adds up. not one.

I won’t read it (why read it?) but only note that this country of ours is good on producing reports, starting in my memory from the Warren Commission Report, discredited by not only the aluminum foil hat wearers but by everyone else, and all the reports that followed, that’s our specialty as a nation, bureaucrats and specialists, experts overeducated in social sciences, working on producing reports that, watch out, explain it all, while preventing nothing of the same sort, stopping no trends, influencing no one but other report producing parasites, and I don’t want to know it, don’t want to read it, want the culprits of these massacres hanged in public squares for all to see, as we did a couple of centuries ago with no explanatory reports as today competing in volume with the 2,000+ pages of Obamacare plus 30,000 pages of regulations. 9:35:53 a.m. - Dispatch: "Sandy Hook School, Caller's indicated she thinks someone is shooting in the building."

9:36:15: 9:37:15: "The individual I have on the phone is continuing to hear what he believes to be gun shots."

9:39:05: "Reports that teachers saw two shadows running, past the building, past the gym."

9:40:30: "Shooter's apparently still shooting in office area. Dickerson Drive."

9:40:55: "Troop 8 personnel, take Exit 10, left on 34, turn on Riverside Drive. Make sure you have your vests on."

9;43:45: "We have one female in Room 1 who has gunshot wound to the foot."

9:46:20: "We've got an injured person in Room 9 with numerous gunshot wounds."

9:49:05: "Negative on description. Shots were fired about three minutes ago."

9:53:25: "Newtown's reporting one suspect down. The building has now been cleared."

Odds are that the 9:36:38 call [units responding to the sandy hook school, the front glass has been broken out of the school, they’re unsure why] AND the 9:36:15: 9:37:15 call [The individual I have on the phone is continuing to hear what he believes to be gun shots.] ARE the same individual.

AND that is the individual whose shadow the teachers saw running past the building, past the gym [the other shadow being a police officer]and who was chased up into the woods by the police.

Kathleen Koenig, a clinical nurse specialist in psychiatry at the Yale Child Study Center in New Haven: **treatment sessions with the shooter**

Since her sessions with Lanza were pre-killings.....how can she possibly call him the *shooter*? What BS.

CALLER: Inside. I believe they are shooting at the front, at the front glass.

CALLER: Something’s going on.

CALLER: I’m down the corridor.

CALLER: The front glass is all shot out. It kept, it kept going on.

CALLER: It’s still happening.

CALLER: Everything is locked up, as far as I know. I’m right in front.

CALLER: Yeah. They’re in lock down.

CALLER: No it’s still going on. I can’t get over there.

CALLER: Yes. I’m not, I’m not in the front. I’m actually down the other part. But I’m close.

CALLER: I keep hearing shooting. I keep. . .

CALLER: I keep hearing popping.

CALLER It’s, now it’s silent.

CALLER: All the doors are locked. Kids are in classrooms.

CALLER: O.K. The gym teacher is telling me they saw (unintelligible) going past the gym.

CALLER: I would say that was the outside. (Pause) There is still shooting going on. Please.

Gunshots heard at 9:40 were probably those fired in Room 8 at the kids who were making their break for it.

According to NBC News:
“A Connecticut law passed earlier this year in response to the shooting prohibits the release of photographs, film, video and other visual images showing a homicide victim if they can ‘reasonably be expected to constitute an unwarranted invasion of personal privacy of the victim or the victim’s surviving family members.’” Way to go, Nutmeg State. That shows real respect for freedom of the press and freedom of information—NOT. Well, if the state of CT tells us there was a murder, then I guess we have to believe it. We’re all children, after all, and we’ll get the vapors if we see anything harsh.
