U.S. Magistrate Judge Frances Stacy said Friday that she was concerned about 27-year-old Conrad Alvin Barrett being free after hearing about the "vicious" crime.

So the Obama/Holder "Just Us" department finally found their "white racist knockout game guy" after months and months of scouring the nation. Nevermind the hundreds of blacks who "play" this "game" on women,the elderly, and guilty white liberals who feel they deserve it.

Barrett is the Obama version of Herschel Grynszpan, the Polish Jew who killed German diplomat Ernst vom Rath. Hitler and the Nazis used this as a pretext to begin Kristillnacht, which began the systematic extermination of the Jews in Europe.

Will the Obama/Holder "just us" department begin the systematic extermination of Christians because of this? Doubtful....Germany didn't have a 2nd Amendment in 1938. However, look for poverty pimps, race hustlers, and other assorted unibrowed droolers to throw this back in the face of people who love America.

I believe all Knockout-Game perps, regardless of skin color, should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law by authorities, especially by the Holder Justice Department.

The story about this white “knockout” player appeared in my local paper yesterday. It’s the first story they’ve printed about the “knockout” game. The liberal rag printed it, specifically, because the perp is white. By the way, charging the perp with a “hate” crime is consistent with DoJ’s policy that only non-blacks can commit “hate” crimes. We’re no longer a nation of laws - if we ever were.

Problem here was predicted when “hate crime” legislation was passed. By creating special classes, certain groups get additional protection. Many argued that this was wrong, that the crime and punishment should be equal. But we passed the legislation and now we have reverse discrimination under the guise of hate crimes. The real problem lies in who determines what is and isn’t a hate crime. From my observations, it appears the national press and a very biased DOJ are calling the shots. The only real solution I can see is to abolish the “hate crime” legislation and reinstate variable sentences that can take into account the severity of the crime when passing sentence.

I still believe that "hate Crime" legislation is a clear violation of word and intent of the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment to the Constitution.
