From what I could piece together, Andy Frey (37) grew up in Salem and had been living in the Portland area since getting his MBA. The arrest was in Salem, so maybe visiting or back living with family?
Wonder if the perpetrator is Portlandyist? Officer Walker was obviously not aFreyed of him.

This is very unusual for Brooks though. Its a small little one stoplight farming town.
But still, it is between Salem and Portland. They are bound to stray once in a while.
