The prophet Al Gore has given many hostages to fortune, and this year fortune shot another of them. In 2008, he predicted the North Polar ice cap would be gone “in five years.”

I bet he is embarr@$$ed.

Oklahoma is based on Choctaw Indian words which translate as red people (okla meaning “people” and humma meaning “red”). Recorded history for the name “Oklahoma” began with Spanish explorer Coronado in 1541 on his quest for the “Lost City of Gold.” Oklahoma became the 46th state on November 16, 1907.

The biggest lesson is that the GOP is not our party, we need a new one.

Not really. The GOP is made up of hundreds of thousands of conservative grunts who do the actual work - the vast majority of which agree totally with the tenets of the TEA Party.

What we really need is new leadership.

O as in Oh Shut UP! If you don’t agree with the Democrat Party and it’s PC ways, you need to shut up. Just look at Phil Robertson.

No. The answer is repeal. What is conservative about allowing the FedGov to consolidate its hold on 1/6 of the economy for a perceived political advantage?

People’s lives are being ruined by this law, and eventually people will die because of it. Democrats are terrified of it. No, let’s push now for a meaningful repeal vote and squeeze the Democrats who voted for this monstrosity until they bleed.

“I consider that very — the Bad Samaritan theory. Basically inflict a bunch of harm on the American people and hope we benefit politically from it. What a terrible, cynical approach. I’m not interested in seeing the American people suffer just because my party might benefit politically if they blame the Democrats for the foolish policies that have been imposed.” - Senator Ted Cruz
