i'm confused, if Dr.A and Dr.B and Dr.C and Hospital 1 and Hospital 2 and Hospital 3 ALL make a contract with an insurance company that says they will accept the same payment of $X, why would an insurance company care what Doc they see or which facility the goto?
now it the contracted prices are different, i understand, but all things being equal, i don't...
