The Palestinian Authority’s (PA) chief negotiator for peace talks with Israel on Sunday condemned the vote by the Ministerial Committee for Legislation in favor of a bill that would annex the Jordan Valley and place it under full Israeli sovereignty.
Four ministers voted in favor of the draft law, which was proposed by Likud MK Miri Regev. Three opposed it.
Responding to the vote, chief PA negotiator Saeb Erekat told the Ma’an news agency that the decision destroys all efforts for peace with Israel, showing the Israeli government's "indifference" toward international law.
Erekat added that the PA’s response should be to seek statehood recognition by the United Nations and other international bodies.
He called on the international community to hold Israel accountable for such a decision.

I’m recognized by someone. Therefore I am. We do not recognize Israel. Therefore it is not. Perception is reality. Reality is mere perception.
Enough of even listening to these Arab savages.
Now just a cotton pickin’ minit here. Let’s be fair. Arabs are not all savage. It’s their culture and religion that makes them that way. If your mother and older sisters played with your wing-wang when you were a baby, dressed you in girl’s clothes as a toddler and never bathed you, how would you feel? If your mother gave you breast-feeding on demand until you were five, and then turned you over to a father who whipped the daylights out of you any time you pissed him off, how would you feel?
And how about that circumcision at the onset of puberty thing? Just when you’re figuring out how to use it, they take a knife to it. How would you feel?
Big mistake! Israel should never even mention the possibility of a withdrawal from Judea and Samaria.
The Peoples' Front of Judea would never allow it.
And he can wipe his backside with any UN declaration he might get. The UN has so completely discredited itself
