No, in the case of Indianapolis, it’s drug gangs of Mexican origin. 90% of these homicides are black on black crime "in the community" committed by and perpetrated upon previously convicted felons. The balance are pretty equally dispersed between Hispanics and Caucasians.

Yep, there is a lot of that here. You can’t come out of a store anymore without hearing a car blasting Mexican music out of it. Lots of drug and gang activity between blacks and Mexicans.
