Indianapolis has seen 140 homicides to its 822,000 citizens for a homicide rate of 17 per 100,000 people.
Meanwhile, my state with no gun laws had 1.3 murders per 100,000 people in 2012. Clearly gun laws are the answer.
One can carry in Indianapolis...Indiana is a shall-issue state...
