Well DUH! That is why the Democrats are always trying to give the right to vote to incarcerated felons. The numbers favor them.

The 14th amendment gives states the right to bar a person from voting "for participation in rebellion, or other crime."

Obviously that was intended to allow Reconstruction governments to bar Southern whites from voting if they had supported the Confederate cause, but it does say "other crime." No doubt as soon as there are five committed liberals on the Supreme Court, they will figure out a way around it to force states to let felons vote, even while still in prison.
