...to repeal a law that has been passed by the House, the Senate, and declared constitutional by the courts - and they campaign on the issue that it should be repealed- this is past Civics 101. This is illness.

So, if something is bad (as Obamacare clearly is), it can never be repealed if it has been approved by the Senate, House and the Supreme Court?

Civics 101? Has Mr. Rangel ever heard of Prohibition? Women's Suffrage? Slavery? Segregation?

Perhaps we should follow Mr. Rangel's personal example and ignore the (tax) law.

Or even the Medicare Catastrophic Coverage Act Of 1988, which was quickly repealed when those who were supposed to benefit from it got the bills for it. When old geezers are chasing Congressman Rostenkowski down the street, you know it isn't popular.
