I spoke to 2 excellent Black men today and was going to ask a 3rd for help but why would I ask someone for help when they teach me to be independent? And I teach them independence?

We are friends.

Heh, this one is all too easy.

“When Sarah Palin tastelessly invoked slavery into a critique of the federal debt”

Striiike One! Palin was speaking on economic slavery, not physical slavery.

“The remarks created a stir and Bashir, a British journalist of Pakistani background,”

Which has nothing to do with anything. Bill Maher is as American as I am, and i think his comments on Palin have been just as vile. Striiiike TWO!

“But before long, the veteran journalist was suspended by the network and he resigned.”

Resigned before being fired, you mean. Strike Three, hit the showers, chump!

“It is difficult to imagine an African-American figure making disparaging or insulting comments about any particular group without being tarred and feathered by the conservative forces in America.”

Well, here are some examples that will expand your imaginings my bigot:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u6VTj7LhCtE - comments against women.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nEH_ms8d1ws - comments against Americans.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FXxC_rkF4P4 - comments against nonMorons.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-EInT_q0AnQ - NWA comments against all of the above.

Phil and Kay have been married 40 years, have decent, law abiding and hardworking children, have a successful business that employes people, and have a faith in which to believe.

Now, I’ll match that against many inner city black families around, say, DC Baltimore, Philadelphia, Detroit, E. St Louis, etc.

Yes, there are decent, hardworking black families who are together and supportive of one another, but when a white couple do it, they are attacked as teen bride hicks.

You don’t have to agree with everything that the Robertsons say or even do, but you should admire their Family Robertson Values which are based on family unity and love.

When Sarah Palin tastelessly invoked slavery into a critique of the federal debt, MSNBC commentator Martin Bashir suggested that the failed vice presidential candidate would do well to experience some of the more barbaric aspects of pre-Civil War servitude

The problem here is that slavery is a many thousand year old institution practiced all over the globe.

Yet black Americans think they have somehow acquired title to the institution, so whenever it is mentioned, it must be discussed only in relation to "the black experience."

This is somewhat similar to the way some Jews think they have title to the term and concept of "genocide," an equally ancient and widespread practice.

In this reply I cannot express the contempt I have for this idiot. I dismiss out of hand any remarks, written or aired, by any black media personality not named Thomas Sowell, Walter Williams, Ward Connerly, and a few other black conservatives. Since blacks were given jobs at media institutions from the early seventies on, every black self-identified as a liberal, has engaged in a non-stop attack on America and white people in general. To these people, nothing bad done by black people has ever been their fault. It is always the fault of evil, racist white America who is still oppressing "people of color" fifty years after the 1964 Civil Rights bill.

Now, since few or no white politicians or media personalities engage in outright racial name-calling, the racial agitators have invented terms like "institutional racism" to try and prove nasty white people are still beating down black Americans. Or they take a microscope and examine particular words and phrases spoken or written by conservatives to prove "racism." Except now I believe most non-liberal whites are on to these frauds and mostly ignore them. Hopefully, some time in the near future we won't have to listen to or read the words of these clowns.

But black actor Jamie Foxx gloated over his role in Django Unchained on national TV where he:

“Gets to kill ALL the white people, How black is that? How great is that?

Without any condemnation or protest outside some conservative blogs.

Nor are racist blacks violently attacking and /or murdering innocent whites an academic issue with thousands of such racist attacks against whites every year.

This vile gloating didnt hurt his career one bit but Paula Dean became an outcast for admitting that she once used the N word 20 years ago.

Talk about the double standard of Black Privilege. This is a classic example of it.
