Most ‘mericans don't understand the difference between the budget deficit and the national debt, and certainly don't comprehend quantitative easing.

The only possible solution is to have bureaucrats administer your health care for us all, via single payer. And take it out of our paychecks so we are not bothered with making those troublesome payments. It's as inevitable as sunrise, just a question of timing.
