At the very least this could be obstruction of justice.
I believe Kardashian should have been investigated for aiding and abetting murder.

I think that Kardashian felt bound by his attorney-client relationship (and personal friendship) to Simpson, but that he thought a conviction was a slam dunk. The shock (and I think dismay) on his face when the verdict came back “not guilty” was obvious. You can see it in that picture above and he said as much in later interviews. I think the guilt helped put him in an early grave.
