I’ve never heard of this. First, is it possible? Second, is it common?

I’ve only seen a handful of people in the ER for MJ use ( without other drugs or alcohol). usually first timers who get paranoid, and rapid heart rate. Did get one idiot who came in after he tried to inject the MJ into a vein. On any given night we see a dozen or so with alcohol related problems.

First, is it possible? Of course it's possible.
Several cases involving 4 of the survivors have reported a type of stomach flesh eating bacteria, which resulted in substantial gains in fatty tissues, due to consuming too many tacos and burgers.

Not smoking the actual product as grown. You could probably harm yourself by drinking a large amount of hash oil. But you can also kill yourself more easily with an overdose of vitamin A.
