Look at a map of where the convicted sexual predators are housed in your area. Then look at a map of where the judges live. You will find that there is one area that the pervs are NEVER placed. That is where the judges live.
I have long advocated that sex predators be placed near the home the the judge that sentences them. We would find a very different pattern of sentencing.
