I am, unfortunately, quite familiar with that class of people who attend OU games. If you've never seen them before, you'd never believe that Americans could act somehow worse than English soccer hooligans. Sooner fans are absolutely the lowest sort of low character. I'll take just about anyone’s side against those people and I'm sure she was more than fully justified in beating up that crowd from the lower Midwest.

Feminists have historically demanded equality of treatment with men. Well, men who initiate violence tend to be treated roughly.

Ask yourself, if a guy had behaved like the woman did, would you be so quick to defend him having a "right" to commit assault, and be treated gently in response?

If the sexes had been reversed, and a man had initiated violence against a woman who was taunting his son, would you have the same reaction you are having now?

I wasn't playing "devil's advocate". I meant it. The most likely reason she was behaving like a ghetto thug who'd been "dissed", was that she had gotten away with that behavior before, without any behavior-adjusting consequence.

That woman has serious anger-management issues. Would you like to be around her the next time she decides to blow up? If she came at YOU with that level of rage, would you want the men to treat her gently? What happens the next time she blows up, and she has a weapon at hand?

I don't go around insulting strangers, particularly drunks at sports events, so it shouldn't be a problem.
