Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) said the grassroots in America will overwhelm the federal government and President Barack Obamas administration by signing up for his class action lawsuit against Obama himself over the National Security Agency (NSA) spying on American citizens.

Well, the thing about it is the question here is whether or not constitutionally you can have a single warrant apply to millions of people, Paul said in an exclusive interview with Fox News Eric Bolling on Friday evening shortly after 10 p.m.
So we thought what better way to illustrate the point than having hundreds of thousands of Americans sign up for a class action suit. Six months ago, we began this call. We now have several hundred thousand people who want to be part of this suit to say to the government and to the NSA you cant have our records without our permission or without a warrant specific to an individual. So, its kind of an unusual class action suit in that we think everybody in America who has a cell phone would be eligible for this class action suit. If any of your viewers have a cell a phone, they just have to go to my Facebook tonight and they can sign up to be part of the lawsuit. We want to overwhelm the government and we want to show publicly that hundreds of thousands of people object to the government looking at our records without our permission.

Methinks it’s a Cruz-Paul contest at the moment. If Cruz doesn’t lead conservatives, Rand Paul will.
One can’t join the lawsuit without a donation. The website is called Rand2016.
Its not like congress is doing anything to stop the creeping fascism by traditional means.
I like the idea, it takes the tactic of the left and turns it back on government.
I see it as more of a tag team. They don't agree on everything. They have different strengths. They seem to be causing each other to not be afraid of taking bold initiatives.
The combination could work. Constitutional conservatives and progressives don't agree on everything. But neither is ready to sell out to the ruling elite (both parties) that control things. Together, they can find enough issues to forge together a majority.
That's my hope. For it to happen, we'll have to start thinking of the backstabbers who manipulate Republican voters as the enemy, as much as Obama and the control freak liberals are.
JMHO
I agree, their strengths compliment each other.
I really like Paul’s economic plan for economically devastated places like Detroit. I would love to see it go national for all Americans but it needs to be proven for all Americans to see first.
how about over Obamacare?
it’s already been labeled by the government. paper terrorism.
I just went through the process, and I did donate, but I think the sign up was the first page without donation. I didn’t have a problem with donating 10 bucks because it said it would be used to push the sign ups and the plan itself for the class action suit.
BTTT!
Methinks Cloward-Piven can be a two edged sword.
That was a smart comment. Stalking horse may be Target 2016 for Rand Paul. I will keep that in mind. However, for picking off RINO’s one at a time, I believe we will find Libertarians in our camp, and visa versa, in some of these primaries.
Whatever it takes, we must extricate RINO’s from their seats of power. You would be amazed who I will join forces with to get that done. They have got to go.
Hey, thank you very much for the info. I’ll go back and take a
closer look. Sorry if I was too hasty and confused anyone. I was interested in signing the petition. Thx.
More Calls for Impeachment of Obama after NSA Ruling

OBAMA’S CRIMES ARE WORST THAN NIXON’S
Larry Klayman, the attorney who brought the lawsuit that won a restraining order against the National Security Agency, has called Obamas crimes far worse than Nixons, and is calling for the impeachment for Obama. In an interview with World Net Daily, for which Klayman also writes, he said, In Watergate, Richard Nixon faced impeachment for breaking into the offices of the chairman of the Democratic National Party .Obama has broken into the homes of 300 million Americans.
Asked if he was calling for Obamas impeachment, Klayman answered, Yes, the NSA and the Obama administration are engaging in criminal behavior, and both are lying. He added that it is the most outrageous violation of constitutional rights in American history, and that Nixon didnt have Obamas technology. Klayman claims that he was put under NSA surveillance after he filed the lawsuit on behalf of Verizon customers, and he asserted that family members and boyfriends and girlfriends of NSA employees are now under full surveillance, including even their calls to doctors.
On Dec. 19, the conservative magazine, American Thinker, ran an article called Can We Talk about Impeachment? a long review of various charges against Obama, and calls for impeaching him. In addition to crimes that include the illegal war in Libya, Obamas refusing to cooperate with Congressional investigations in the Fast & Furious and other investigations, provisions of the Affordable Care Act and the Dodd-Frank bill, the article includes links to two official attacks on Obama for his violations of laws.
One official report came out in March 2012, co-signed by the Attorney Generals of Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, Oklahoma, South Dakota, South Caroline, Texas, and Virginia, includes charges that sections of Obamacare violate the Constitution.
Also reported is a December 3, 2013 hearing by the House Judiciary Committee on the subject, The Presidents Constitutional Duty to Faithfully Execute the Laws which was summarized with text and video highlights by BizPac Review. But showing the lack of clarity and courage of these rightwing networks the publication left out the strongest and most competent case for impeachment: LaRouchePACs.
