Adam Garibay, a Border Patrol agent in Corpus Christi, allegedly bound his wife with duct tape and put her in handcuffs to reveal the name of a man she was seeing outside their marriage. The jilted husband is accused of then driving to Central Texas and killing the man.
A U.S. Border Patrol agent was facing a pending murder charge Thursday in the shooting death of a Central Texas man who he believed was having an affair with his wife, authorities said.
Adam Garibay was arrested after sheriff’s deputies say he led them on a high speed chase. Investigators say it all began early Thursday when he allegedly bound his wife with duct tape and put her in handcuffs in their Corpus Christi home before forcing her to reveal the name of the man she was seeing.

Sure this is illegal? Instead of moment of passion crime coulda been a couple of hours of passion crime. To seduce another man’s wife you’d best be prepared for what could come your way. Course I was raised in a different time and a different culture.
The Bible is clear on this. You lay with some guy’s wife, he’ll do whatever it takes to kill you.

This woman is sick to say the least. She met this man through his wife
whom she worked with. They had an affair since last Nov.
She said that even though Keith died she was very happy and thankful because
now I’m free.
Handcuffing the wife to find out the name, then driving to the location indicates a level of premeditation. It will be for the jury to decide.
The best revenge you can have against the guy sleeping with your wife....let him keep her.

Now I might get zotted for this...I invented this procedure but I havent used it myself .... it works well...when implemented correctly... it provides freedom and for the victim ,and separation for everyone involved....It also leaves a taint based in reality on the offending couple..........I like it

Some years back, a young man worked for me. he had a passion for the ladies and golf.
His first year working for me he was struck by lightning on the gold course, and back to work a week later.
The following summer, while golfing, he was struck by lightning. He suffered burns on his feet from where his sneakers caught fire. Again, one week later he was back to work.
The following year he didn’t go golfing, but was killed by a jealous husband who caught him with his wife.
I guess he should have gone golfing.

If my wife was seeing another man I think I would be more angry with her than him. Not angry enough to spend the rest of my life in jail angry, but angry none the less.
See? Stupid people put on uniforms, too.
