Agree!

Oh, Dear Lord, Ms Hogue (sp) just said that the polls show that 50% think that Obamacare didn’t go far enough. Who on earth did they poll - Communist and Socialist Parties as well as some of the Dim congress critters?

I was wondering how Medicaid and Obamacare subsidies could help pay for abortions and abortificants, vaguely recalling the Hyde Act and Obummer’s promise to Stupak. I found this on a search on bing.com. As with other laws, there are conflicting opinions about it. Seems to me that the Pubbies should be pushing this (e.g., Obummercare and Medicaid cannot pay for abortions or abortificants), but I’m not a Constitutional attorney. I got a bit of a chuckle with seeing JD after Obama’s name.

http://healthcarereform.procon.org/view.answers.php?questionID=001532

It really burns my buns that taxpayer money is going to Planned Parenthood. Their excuse a year or 2 ago was that women get free mammograms from them, which are needed for women’s health; and, it was then proven that they don’t have mammogram machines.

They say they don’t use the taxpayer funds for abortion; however, I wish someone would discuss that without those funds they wouldn’t have as many funds and would not be able to
a) contribute to the Dem party with lots of $$s;
b) spew their propaganda as much;
c) have “educational” materials and counselors to talk women into abortions;
d) perform abortions;
e) have has many facilities, staff, etc. for all the foregoing;
f) etc., etc.

My response would be “I understand this woman works for MSNBC and, during my campaign, hung tampons from her ears to demonstrate her support for my opponent. Not only did that act misrepresent my positions during the campaign - I think it shows how mentally challenged some people are with the facts on that channel.”

Darn right we are. Klayman or someone else should ask for a monetary accounting and audit of her “vacation”.

I don’t think so, really.

But it is nice to feel alive; I do think he is very handsome.

He told me the most interesting story, I was spellbound. Maybe it’s out of order for me to repeat but he did not say off the record....not that anyone ever has.

The whole time he was writing this book, a task to which he was very dedicated, his retinas, BOTH of them, kept detaching!

So okay, of all the illnesses I’ve had privy to of recent, detached retinas weren’t part of them. I was amazed. His right one, then his left one, then his right one again. In fact he thanks the doctors at Sussex Eye Center for saving his eyesight as dedication to his book. Alas he did totally lose sight in his left eye and, truly sad, he can only pray that his right eye holds out.

My goodness I didn’t know what to say. I imagined how scary it is to live in fear of impending blindness. I looked up detaching retinas, me and my daughter who asks me every day if I have a “date”....and wow, they are serious things. If not caught right away, sight is lost.

He’s evidently very wealthy....you should see his law offices, big columns, huge affair....him and his partner. He IS the Sussex county attorney and he’s good at his job. Sussex county won’t be hiring no schlacks.

But to be so dedicated to publishing a book before going blind, well I was impressed in a quiet sort of way.

anyway, that’s my story.

I did! It was a hoot with them trading places. I can’t imagine Laura Bush doing that. In fact, I saw a picture of W turned around speaking with a Queen (forget from which country - possibly Jordan - - IMHO she was beautiful!

Shouldn’t the “leader of the free world” sit with his counterparts and chat with them (albeit I found their actions distasteful at a funeral). I thought it was very embarrassing for America all the way around. If rumors are correct, I suspect Barry wasn’t all that in to her from more than a joke or political perspective.

BTW - besides teenagers, who takes selfies???

I>Seems to me that the Pubbies should be pushing this

Pubbies are battered wives, hoping against hope that someone will like them, if only they are 'nicer.'

Only elective abortions are against the Church's teachings, and the Hyde amendment.

Any termination of a baby's life to save the life of the mother is no different from other emergency surgery, such as an amputation of a gangrenous foot, or removal of a burst spleen.

“This just doesn’t pass the smell test. I guess she needs to rest up for the birthday gala they will, no doubt, be throwing at the WH.”

Oh yes, also at taxpayer expense no doubt. It’s the big 5-0, so ya know we have to have a big celebration. He probably went home earlier to plan it. Maybe she’s having an arm lift or something done and/or perhaps a new wig made so she’ll look extra-specially good for the big event; and, all the LSM can fawn all over how classy and gorgeous she is for a 50 y.o. (Yech!)

Very interesting story - thanks for sharing. It’s somewhat amazing that he still has a thriving law practice with only the sight of 1 eye. Great that he is positive about it and carries on with his life!

All - don’t mean to hijack AB’s always great thread, but just a reminder per my earlier post (in case you missed it) Mark Levin should be coming on C-SPAN 2 TV and Internet. I’m hoping it’s on here now.

Mark Levin Scheduled for C-Span2’s “In-Depth” Today at Noon EST
C-Span2 Book TV | 5 January, 2014

Posted on Saturday, January 04, 2014 10:03:21 PM by Intolerant in NJ

Mark Levin is the scheduled guest on this month’s “In-Depth” on C-Span2 today, Sunday January 5th at noon EST. The program will give Mr. Levin three hours of TV/air time to discuss his philosophy and books and to respond to viewers’ comments and questions. Live and unrehearsed - should be fun.

With Obama in the White House now and Hillary being pre-chosen by the media to replace him, it looks like we will continue to make nice speeches and maybe get into an occasional chick war or purse fight when the media acts like they want one.

Snort! Watch out, overseas Baby Milk factories! Another Clinton rides into town!

Still, what about her fighting her domestic "enemies"? Don't think that would be a purse fight, but more on he line of total annihilation (if she can have it...)!

Time kills me. I have none. Sundays off that's it. Even then half the time I still have to go in.

Might lighten up a little this year. I have hired a part time army almost ready to turn them lose.

Congrats on the book,it will be great. I'm not surprised you have 1,000 hour in it. Name of the game is write/rewrite, write some more,I know.

I did it with newspaper columns from 72 til '02 and beyond. Radio was always easier. Just go in talk and go home. I loved it still do.

Twenty or thirty years ago immigration would have been so easy to manage.

All you had to do was bring in only people from foreign countries that could actually help the country. People smarter than we have over here.

We were to dumb to do it. Now we pay the price of neglect. If Boehner allows immigration instead of border security and not both he is corrupt. Only answer there is.
