These folks will go to these local emergency care centers...not the hospital emergency rooms....and ruin those. There are normally only a couple of patients in those centers so waiting is minimal.

Of course, I'm in a good area. Have no idea what will happen in the inner city.

They will go to the ER because they can’t be turned away like they can everywhere else, and they don’t care about the cost because they pay nothing.

Even the ‘Doc in a Box’ can refuse medicaid patients, just like private practice Doctors do.
