Ric was a great entertainer, they wrote some wonderful wrestling scripts back in the day. I can see why he’s make a good motivational speaker.

I lived in Neenah and worked in Appleton. GREAT place to raise kids. We moved there from Nor Cal for that reason. That Jersey ahole can keep SF.
Our strongest memory of SF is the homeless guy crapping in the doorway of our hotel off Union Square. That place is totally ruined.
