Russia has always known its easier to steal technology than create it. The U.S. has done the same in the past too. Sometimes its difficult to tell whether certain ideas were borrowed or stolen. If you pull the aircraft blueprints and compare them and they match up pretty closely I’d day there is a problem but I’m pretty sure there are no modern nations that are guilt free on this issue.
It all started long ago..... On a side note, I believe this article supports the "Chris Matthews dementia" theory. Hard to believe the Hardball clown actually wrote this article in 1997.
