In the 1970's, when fixing Minuteman missiles in Montana, we had temperatures routinely in the -40 degree range with wind chills in the -90 regions. And, we knew we had it better than Minot or Grand Forks.

So the media states that Polar vortex causes global cooling AND global warming. Which is it? Or is it both?
