MSNBC has had a hard time lately. The network fired Martin Bashir and Alec Baldwin for craziness, on-air and off-air respectively. Melissa Harris-Perry was forced to apologize, first on Twitter and then, tearfully, on the air, for making political hay out of Mitt Romney’s adopted grandson. The network put Ed Schulz out to pasture, and most people wrote Chris Matthews off as a hysteric long ago, so that pretty much leaves Rachel Maddow–amazingly enough–as MSNBC’s supposed voice of sanity. Eliana Johnson has reported on Maddow’s status as the “queen” of MSNBC, who wields more control than anyone else over the network’s often-crazed content.
But is Maddow any better than the rest? A recent incident suggests that if anything, she is worse.
Last Thursday, 45 minutes before Maddow’s show began, her producer sent this email to representatives of Koch Industries, with which MSNBC has long been obsessed

Rachel Maddow Is Chris Hayes, only more masculine.
Great thing with MSNBC is that even casual viewers of news and current events simply cannot objectively convince themselves that MSNBC is somehow more reasonable and balanced than Fox. Now, there’s no hiding it.

Although Americans think the next politician in their camp will save the day, the fact is America has problems only God can fix. In the past America had been miraculously saved from extinction by God. I think God is getting ready to do something like that again.
She is evil.

That Maddow guy really creeps me out.
I don’t know who the heck this Rachel Maddow is, but once again, when I find put who these media “celebrities” are, it confirms my almost utter disinterest in popular culture.

People should emphasize that the MS of MSNBC stands for Microsoft. Wonder how Bill Gates would feel after a while being closely identified with this clown parade. Rachel may find it a bit more difficult to promote her vile agenda.

I read something awhile back where Microsoft was considering pulling back the MS in MSNBC. Considering the “clown parade” they should.

I don’t understand why the Koch’s don’t just sue her and MSNBC.
