Vanity: I'm the guy challenging John Boehner.

Posted a video on economics and would like your thoughts. It's about six minutes and essentially lays out a big and fundamental difference between myself and Mr. Boehner. All comments and criticisms welcome.

I’d like to see your source for this claim.

Oh please. The fact that Boehner is an alcoholic is the worst kept secret in Washington.

I will give you links, but you can also do your own research. Even then, you sound like you don't want to know the truth.

There is nothing wrong with drinking unless you are an alcoholic and there have long been rumors of several of them in congress. John Boehner is at the top of the list of alleged alcoholics and maybe we should start with him. If you simply type “John Boehner alcoholic” in Google, you will have your choice of many wonderful tales of his habitual drinking and carousing with Capitol Hill staffers.

Speaker John Boehner: An out-of-control drunk who can’t lead or govern?

Is John Boehner hitting the bottle?

GOP leader denies charge he’s out bar-hopping every night

Bush set a dry tone for Republicans in Washington. But Tuesday's election and the rise of a certain orange-hued Ohioan put the party back in Republican Party. Prepare for John Boehner, uncorked.

John Boehner's Crying: Is He Drinking Too Much?

I will tell you something else: I bet I know why John Boehner himself admits to an overuse of tanning beds. He does it to disguise the effects of his alcohol rosacea.

This was just posted on FR today:

Things to keep in mind when running for President as a Republican

From Redstate, it’s excellent advice for anybody going up against the GOPe and LSM and RATS.

See #21, and read them, and then do your own research as well. As I said, I pity the man, he needs help. But his alcoholism is blatantly obvious.

I liked your premise on the banking-currency-debt issue, you have a good speaking voice and you illustrate your differences with the Speaker quite well.

What I liked less was the background setting you were in, the lighting in the room, and the doll head peeking over your left shoulder.

Find a wall of books or a fireplace to sit in front of, and have a friendly photographer to lend some studio lights to your next video effort.

Good luck!

I don’t live in Ohio, and I don’t watch - for more than a wee bit - any political video.

So, after having watched about 60 seconds of your video, a couple of comments. If you are going to challenge a professional, hire some professional help. A good videographer would make sure your face was appropriately lit up instead of covered with shadows. Secondly, a good PR person could give you feedback about appearing on video. You’re trying to come off as speaking person-to-person and are constantly moving forward and backward. You can be personable without the constant fidgeting. I find that distracting.

Good luck.

Give a simple platform.
You have to keep it simple.
You have to speak sound bites that raise eyebrows.
Make controversy. Make people know who you are.
Use biblical principles without pointing it out.
Piss off Liberals. Go around Bohner and the media
to the people of your state and attack the democrats.

Don't use his name. Use the term “my opponents”.

GO FOR IT~!!!!

But if there are more, I hope you ALL decide to group together behind one against him, rather than devide the vote and let him win with less than 50% of the vote (like ‘frontrunner’ Mitt)

I am sure whoever you group behind can use like-minded individuals on his or her team, once the primaries are over

You are quoting from not just “leftist” but far leftist that are well known for being totally unreliable, trying to turn Republicans against each other.

There is a name for people like you, “agent provocateur” — those of us very familiar with communists, are acquainted with these tactics.

Exactly.

Frankly, I am getting pretty tired of all these people who claim to be conservatives and spend all their time trying to defeat another Republican, you never hear them say a single word of criticism about Obama and the Democrats...

I liked your message and I actually liked that you didn’t throw in all sorts or drama in giving your message.

I bet you can connect with people really well. Maybe do what Santorom did (though I don’t like Santorum...hahaha)get in a pickup or whatever and go meet everyone. I think Scott Brown did the same thing.

The video, white wall, white shirt. Maybe hang a nice picture behind you or get some paint in the room. Practice talking a bunch in the mirror, you seemed to move around a good bit. It’s funny because your talk was calm, direct and good but the moving/fidgeting betrayed you somewhat.

I think you can do this if you’re willing to get out there and work for it and meet people. I hope you do, I really hope so. Boehner needs to go! I agree with the others... ditch your screen-name, unless of course you’re a fan of http://stuckinohio.bigcartel.com/ and then perhaps you shouldn’t change it so you don’t seem like your hiding things or dishonest. You’re just a fan of that site. :)

Good luck!

Look, you can find sources all over the place. Yes, the left is exploiting Boehner's alcoholism in pieces - of course they will! But there are Washington insider media that have done the same as well.

The very fact that the left and Obama have Boehner's addiction to alcohol to use against him as a political weapon is another reason Boehner has to resign as Speaker and get himself into a rehab program.

He doesn't have to resign his Congressional seat, but he can no longer be Speaker.

Here is another, and yes, I believe it. This paper isn't "leftist" - it simply is. And, they exposed the Edwards love child scandal when the rest of the media said not a peep.

JOHN BOEHNER’s BOOZE SCANDAL

"REPUBLICAN Speaker of the House JOHN BOEHNER is battling a severe drinking problem, breaking down in tears after too many glasses of wine – and often showing up for work under the influence, sources say......During the government shutdown, the web site Capitol Hill Blue reported “sources close to” Boehner revealed “the smell of alcohol is far more prevalent on him.” And it quoted a congressional aide as saying, “This is Boehner on his last legs. The continuing capitulation, rambling rhetoric and attempts to drown his ineptitude in a bottle are taking their toll.”

I always felt Reagan was really saying ‘do not actually say what you think of assorted RINOs’ with that. Knowing the LSM would run with it.

If you want my advice, don’t be afraid to say bold things that ring true like “Obamas policies will destroy the middle class.” I’m sick of hearing schumer and durbin hit doubles and triples while our side tries to work out a walk.

Your video has no sound on my computer.

Please post the text so we can follow along.

Meanwhile, ponder the following:

Impeach Obama in 2014. Period.

The US House of Representatives is analogous to a Police Force - - - their main job of Check and Balance is to “arrest” the perp by Impeaching the perp.

The US Senate is analogous to a Jury of Peers who have the power to throw the Impeached perp off of the taxpayer gravy train, take away his residence, ban him from building a Library paid for by us, and ban him from using his personal Corporate Jet, Air Force One.

Most RINO Americans want to wait, Wait, WAIT! until they control the House, the Senate and the White House.

To those weak-kneeded summer soldier “patriots” I say “Enjoy the Obamanation that you have tolerated since January, 2009.”

In similar manner, we Summer Soldier Conservatives continue to tolerate a wimpy, hand-wringing, sobbing, crybaby Speaker of the House Boehner as our sorry chief policeman.

“Oh, if only my best friends across the aisle would just play nicey nice - - - “ is the perfect quote that fire-in-the-belly Socialist-Democrats love to hear from their doormat, cowardly, Obamacrat RINOs.

Yes indeed, as long as we WAIT for things to be PERFECT we will never attack those whose goal is to destroy the US Constitution.

Suck it up you sorry House RINOs, and replace John “Benghazi Coverup” Boehner with SC Rep Trey Gowdey, or SC Rep Joe Wilson.

Without a fire-in-the-belly Republican Speaker of the House, Obamacrat RINOs will continue to cave in to “their best friends across the aisle,” to the unbridled glee of every Democrat voter in America!

House RINOs: Pretend that you are paid by taxpayers to fight to enforce the US Constitution.

Fight or go home, House RINOs.

FIGHT or we will send you home!

Impeach Obama in 2014. Period.

_________________________

The RINO Establishment has been, is now, and forever will be a spineless relic that is incapable of protecting the US Constitution.

Commie Obama came in 1-2009, and by 12-24-2009 he had Nationalized one sixth of the US Economy.

Now, four YEARS later, loyal RINO Establishment stalwarts estimate that it will take a generation (20-25 years) to undo what Commie Obama did in eleven MONTHS.

What does it take for the Loyalist RINOs to draw a line in the sand?

As for concern about “loss of political capital” and other Leftstream Media manipulating tactics, when in the next 20 to 25 years would be a good time for y’all to consider to begin to commence thinking about draining the swamp full of Leftstream Media “alligators?”

There are more of us than there are of them, so grow a pair and FIGHT the Left Stream Media!

Remember this: Commie Obama is counting on never being held accountable for his violations of the US Constitution.

BTW, Boehner and McConnell have done their best to not hold Commie Obama accountable for 4 years.

Thus, support for the RINO Establishment is to continue to endorse the Boehner-McConnell protection from accountability plan for Commie Obama.

You need more than substance. You also need an effective presentation- after all the people don’t even know you and, sad but true, won’t make much effort to get to know you.

Good advice and examples.

But, frankly, with that name I can’t even imagine you’re serious.
