Christian Science Monitor ^ | jan 6, 2014 | Francine Kiefer

President Obama, meanwhile, will carry the torch further on Jan. 28, when he’ll use his State of the Union address to echo a pre-Christmas speech in which he declared that income inequality and declining social mobility are “the defining challenge of our time.”

The communists will be pimping ANYTHING but their failed ObamaCare scheme. That want that mess to go away. The GOP needs to keep pushing the failure of ObamaCare.

They think the American people will believe any slogan — but Obamacare made people a little more skeptical of Obama’s and the Dems’ lies.

Yes, let’s make all salaries the same from burger flipper to neurosurgeon! Just like in Cuba, China, and the USSR.

I laughed at how stupid the “war on women” was.

This is just the kind of thing the stupid public will eat up.

Well, when you can’t create jobs, just make everyone angry at each other and envious of each other. Democrats war on the blue collar workers/Middle class?

In spite of the hopeless and hapless “efforts” (if any) of the Republican Party, Obama’s gift to them will keep giving all year - and, with a final SUPRISE when the employer mandate kicks in and employers start their 2015 sign-up process - in late October, 2014!

With any luck, his administration will put a “laser focus” on it.

Which reminds me - how is it that this unemployment benefit “emergency” can exist in the booming economy that Obama’s efforts have created?

Ain’t going to happen until after the elections. The Dems aren’t that dumb.

“Much of the electorate will vote for people who promise to give them free sh$!t.”

Absolutely. Never mind that the proposition is impossible; But when the results cannot be measured, it’s kind of a double-winning strategy for the LIVs. They’ll eat it up. I don’t think Republicans have much to rest on; they’ll get some mileage out of bashing 0care, but I’m thinking that even if this horrible act impacts their lives really negatively, hurts them, makes their lives more difficult, I would bet you $1 that the Dems will figure out a way to burnish their own image as the only ones who can carry it through to utopian perfection. And the evil Republicans, you know, the worst ones of which want to rip the thing out by its roots and the barely tolerable ones just want to delay, delay...the idiots will vote the Dems in again. Indeed, if the GOP takes both houses (a better than 50% chance but not by much, IMO) the electorate will figure out that they had better get a Dem in as pres just for balance.

But I suck at prediction, so there’s that.

I wonder if anybody will notice that the democrats pushing this all make a lot of money?

The populace should be reminded to look at who has been getting screwed by Obamacare. These are the people that make too much and must share.

Instead of encouraging self sufficiency and success, Obama wants to make and keep people dependent on the government.

It reminded me of Stalin’s chicken — when I searched to post the story, found it was posted on FR in July 2013 by SoFloFreeper.

Winning because they’ll never be able to do it, and then they can blame the failure on those evil Republicans in order to keep their losses down in 2014.

The liberal “solution” of taking money from those they consider well off and giving it to those they consider not as well off does NOTHING to improve the income of the less well off. It’s not “income” as it relates to a job - it’s just a handout.

Incomes are raised when good jobs are available and taxes are lower. Liberals know nothing about either.
