They seem to think an insurance card means their medical bills are going to get paid .... wait ‘til they find out there is such a thing as a “deductible”.

Someone here, after the BO-care legislation was "passed," shared a news story or two about people who thought now that the vote was in, they were sitting pretty. There was a tale of one man who came into a clinic, sat down, stretched out, and said something along the lines of "Give me this and that medical treatment -- it's free now, I don't have to pay for it!"

Well, the guy who tweeted this "Need an MRI and meds for my injured knee but everywhere I turn I am told I have no health insurance" can look on the bright side .... by the time he gets through paying for his MRI, he'll have met his deductible for the year or close to it ... assuming they ever get him in the system.

A lot of the folks tweeting are trying to cancel their plans .... I find that quite interesting. More of that is going to happen when people realize how much a month they are paying for nothing, unless they have huge bills and can cough up the deductible first.
