Maybe they can set up a crack and heroin dispensary? Private rooms to entertain their ladies. Beer on tap. Skittles, Arizona tea, Xbox gaming rooms would get them to go and stay in school.

schools already give money, bikes and other stuff to keep kids in school. Local middle school has a wake up service to make sure parents get their kids to school on time.
