The demodummies are themselves “mentally immature”.

Just wait till their house gets burglarized or they get mugged or become a victim of the “knockout” game, my guess is they will have mind changes pending.

Here is where we start “hinting” that 10 years old would be better. Then we could come together and compromise on the age at present. If you start with the legal age as a premise, the any compromise with the left always moves it in their direction, never yours. So if they say 25, you agree to discussion and suggest ten. We are always compromising with status quo against left standards...the result always moves left. “Gun control”. Ok I’ll listen to you but I believe we should have “No gun control.” “Minimum wage $15”....”no, the minimum wage should be $3”. Use their premise to set your premise.

Okay. And raise the voting age to 30.

Whew... 30? I'm with you on raising the voting age, but I was thinking 40. Grandfather in the existing "legal" voters, and set the new age to 40. It'll take 22 years, but it would cut out a lot of the BS pandering to youth we see today.

Fine. Then change the minimum age to enlist, buy guns, drive a car, operate a big rig, operate commercial vehicles, operate heavy machinery, buy marijuana, travel by airline must be championed, marriage can only lawfully take place between those 25 and older, etc.

Neck, make high school last four more years and require vote.

Idiots.

Those sad creatures all seem to be in the grip of Zimbabwe Syndrome - a species of the Stockholm genus, characterized by ceaseless thug apologia, evincing a pathological melanin envy.

A person can defend their country when they are 18. They can be trusted to vote at 18.
But they can stay on their parents health plans until they are 26.
stupid people are in the country. They all should be spayed or neutered.

If MSNBC says something alone in the forest, is it still stupid?

Nothing better points the direction of our future than your post.
Even a cursory comparison between the Readers Digest of that day and now will illustrate your point perfectly.

I would be OK with it if we raised the age to vote to 30. That would eliminate the Democrat party. Hell, 25 would be sufficient.

We're talking chronological age, not mental age. If we were talking mental age 15 would be fine.

I just assumed when I started reading the headline they were going to push to LOWER the age of responsibility!

Good grief! it’s bad enough now! imagine the carnage if we gave all these thugs a pass until 25! society would disintegrate

Lib think

1) Mature enough to serve in the military at 18? check
2) Mature enough to vote at 18, or even younger? check
30 Nine year olds mature enough to make sexual decisions? check
4) Mature enough at 18 to buy booze or get married and raise a family or go away to college? check
5) Mature enough at 24 years old to be held accountable for killing someone? Hell no,,,they’re just children!
