I live in Colorado and still don't know how it happened. A ballot issue to tax Marijuana seems to have legalized it. Chickenpooper signs worthless gun and other legislation, refuses to talk to State Sheriffs over legislation. Salazar goes to Department of interior and reneges on contacts and shuts down drilling on public land. Udal seems to be smoking happy weed.
