Just in; Caleb Jacoby has been found. Safe and well more to follow as details become available.
A lot of people are going to be ticked if it turns out he was out on a lark.
Boys that age are very immature. Quite possibly he had a problem - bullying at school or something - and could not communicate, could only run off. It is great that he is found, now.
