Ted Cruz in Austin; Unleashes an Assault on Administration
KEYE TV ^ | January 10, 2014

Sen. Ted Cruz unleashed another blistering assault on the Obama administration in front of a Downtown Austin audience Friday morning.

Cruz delivered the keynote speech during the final breakfast of the Texas Public Policy Foundation's Policy Orientation conference.

The Tea Party darling blasted the Affordable Care Act, also known as Obamacare, calling it an example of the administration's "lawlessness."

That aggressive rhetoric against a law signed off separately by all three branches of the federal government has been a trademark of Cruz's singular style that has captured the fervor of the administration's most vocal opponents. It was also delivered in front of a friendly crowd at the TPPF's annual event which features a slate of conservative luminaries hashing out policy ideas large and small that the conservative think-tank expects to play a role on the state and national level this year.

After his breakfast speech, Sen. Cruz declined to answer any direct questions about any plans to run for the presidency in 2016. Even though he's just starting his second year in office, the fiery freshman's gleeful pugnacity has vaulted him to the top of the list of candidates expected to seek the Republican nomination.

Other possible contenders were also in attendance at this week's Policy Orientation, including former Pennsylvania Sen. Rick Santorum and Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal, both of whom addressed the conference on Thursday.

The Obama Administration Culture is based on lies, persecution of political opponents, and violating the US Constitution.

Under the leadership of Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and Speaker of the House John Boehner, the GOP Establishment Congressional Culture is based on becoming more like the Obama Administration Culture.

By design, the GOP Establishment has become a doormat speed bump for Obamacrat politicians on the very wide, and well lighted Highway to European Socialism.

Without the capable cave-in expertise of McConnell and Boehner, the successful fundamental transformation of America into a weak, financially devastated, morally corrupt, unreliable, former World Power would not have been possible.

To those US Senators and House members who still support McConnell and Boehner, remember Einstein’s definition of insanity:

“INSANITY IS DOING THE SAME THING OVER AND OVER AGAIN AND EXPECTING DIFFERENT RESULTS.”

Never expect those on the left to be honest or objective.

They've turned their back on God, and as a result, have no fidelity at all to his rules or his position as the ultimate authority.

As a result, they will use every dirty trick, every lie, every shading of the truth, omit every fact they can to try to manipulate and convince people of their position.

They are quite plainly, our enemy.

Sadly, we are at war with our own country-men without a shot ever being fired.

Cruz is a man of conviction. He is this generation's Ronald Reagan.

Exactly what this country needs. In 2016, make a contrast between the two parties. We don't need another "me, too, just not as much" candidate like we had in 2008 and 2012. When the Republican Party makes the general election a choice between two Democrats, why are we surprised when the select the real one?

I didn’t know it was happening or I would have gone.

Sen Cruz paints the bold, broad stripes that we Conservatives so desperately need.
