You know, right, that Phil Gramm holds no office in the US government, and therefore can do nothing about starting impeachment proceedings. Perhaps you meant Cruz, but he’s a Senator. Last I checked my Constitution, impeachment must be done by the House of Representatives, so Cruz couldn’t do anything either.
