Scientists say Americans are becoming weather wimps (cause they can't stand global warming)
Washington Times ^ | January 10, 2014 | Seth Borenstein

We’ve become weather wimps.

As the world warms, the United States is getting fewer bitter cold spells like the one that gripped much of the nation this week. So when a deep freeze strikes, scientists say, it seems more unprecedented than it really is. An Associated Press analysis of the daily national winter temperature shows that cold extremes have happened about once every four years since 1900.

Until recently.

The Global Warming religion will refuse to believe the truth when Hell freezes over.

Does the writer mean "as the world warmed twenty years ago?" The world has NOT been warming for the past 18 years. Climate change takes place over hundreds of years.

Does the climate change every year because some winters are warmer or colder than other winters? Does the writer know the difference between natural weather variation and climate change? Statistics and science are no longer needed these days of low information voters, bureaucrats, and lawmakers.

It actually seems like Winters have gotten less severe around here compared to 20-40 years ago. Less snow, less cold, but that’s just me.

OK!! Everybody pay attention!

Lesson for today:

1. The sun is 1,300,000 times as big as the earth.

2. The sun is a ball of fire that controls the climates of all its planets.

3. The earth is one of the sun’s planets.

4. The earth is a speck in comparison to the size of the sun.

5. Inhabitants of the earth are less than specks.

Study Question: How do less-than-specks in congress plan to control the sun?

They have nothing else. If GW is exposed as hoax, and there is no earth ending crisis, they will have no political power to advance socialism.

Please post that a few hundred more times. It’s so original and well-thought-out that nobody will ever get tired of seeing it.

Much colder and longer winter here this year.

We had snow for the opening of deer hunting season in November. Seems like the old days.

Might want to invest in Hot Hands too. I know they are seasonal, but if these cold spells keep up they will make them over a longer period of time.

I invest in buying Hot Hands, besides flannel shirts, pants, and heavy sweaters, that I can pull my jeans over and put shirts under.

Note: on the hot hands, they are only out during cold weather season.

As the world warms...

Good title for the Obama Years Soap Opera.

As the World warms, our intrepid leader, fresh from a round of golf in the blistering 72 degree heat, sits at his desk in the oval office, sipping his coffee and contemplating his upcoming vacation....
