An exemption for Volunteer Fire Departments was the right thing to do. But, when will anyone in the press start asking Obama how he makes up the revenue lost by all these exemptions.

I'm still waiting to hear anyone in the news talk about the unions getting their exemption on Thanksgiving eve. It came through a "ruling" by the HHS, under cover of the holidays.

Nothing to do with DeathCare, but didn’t DOJ sue a woman for using volunteers without pay? IF that suit is upheld, wouldn’t volunteer firemen also be affected?

If the departments are volunteer, how can there be any application of Obamacare to the organization?

There are no employees, therefore no compulsion. All the volunteers are under compulsion to carry the insurance as individuals or as employees of companies where they work.

Volunteer fire departments and rescue squads are nonprofit corporations with no employees
