Attorney General Eric Holder recently made comments suggesting that Zero Tolerance policies in US schools place minority students at an unfair advantage.
Education experts blasted a recent Department of Justice directive, which they say seems to advocate a racial quota system for punishing school kids for such transgressions as being late or chewing gum in class.

That's a lie. Well, they may be violating federal law; I neither know nor care, but to say that a color-blind policy, applied evenhandedly, is "discrimination" if the results come out lopsided is a filthy lie!! But then, what would you expect from filth like him?
POINTS TO PONDER.
1. Black students are four times as likely as white students to have an IQ of 81 or below.
2. Black students are far more likely to be bastards than white students. For any Libtards, a “Bastard” is a person whose parents were not married at the time of birth - look it up.
3. Black students are far more likely to be actively discouraged, at best, if they work hard in school. At worst, they will be beaten, knifed, or shot by other blacks for “Acting White”.
Holder is bucking for a race war.
Holder should read the history of such wars, especially as he is one of that 12/13% who will be among those seen as “Black” of he and his race-baiter allies in teh Democratic Party succed in forcing America to Play Cowboys & “Afro-American Urban Ferals”.
Those who are part of a small minority are ill advised to start genocides/race wars.
