I remember it well. I also remember how many here defended his endorsement by one very popular ex-governor from Alaska. Anyone who even questioned that was savaged also.

I remember it differently. Those for Palin were NEVER for McCain and I personally told the AZ voters here not to vote for McCain as many many others did, also. It's a shame they even needed to be told but they didn't listen. McCain had Palin promise during the national election - he needed her for his own upcoming run. See how not committed he was in winning the presidency? Ever loyal Sarah was loyal again to 'her word'. And this was made known here, also. Hey, to this day there are some R's who still think he's legit.

BS!! Let the blame be where it belongs - RINO's and their support of him along with the undying support from the liberal media. He was the one who the media embraced because of his constant bashing of Bush which opened the door to obama's mantra - it's Bush's fault - trashing Bush and blaming him for everything. Personal financial and legislative support for abortion, homosexuality over anyone else’s rights, Anti gun actions, anti military statements/actions, the ability to be on all sides of every issue simultaneously, destroying the Mass medical system and...oh...a few THOUSAND other anti conservative/anti constitutional actions and positions were just fine and dandy for the highest office. Because SOMEHOW that was a lesser evil than the same exact crap than when Obama does it.
