A "bit" strange?
I'd hate top see what you'd call "really strange."

DENVER - A Denver couple has been charged with child abuse after their 15-year-old son was badly burned with liquid Drano, authorities say.
Anthony Harrell, 50, and Denise Combs, 57, have been formally charged with felony child abuse resulting in serious bodily injury, said Denver district attorney spokeswoman Lynn Kimbrough.

Mom and dad have different last names and is this kid a special needs kid?
Wow, heartbreaking, I can’t even imagine.
Just last night I had to call an ambulance for my 4 year old little girl, she had fallen and passed out, wasn’t breathing for a bit, I was more scared last night than I’d ever been in my entire life, army life included. I prayed if it was necessary, take me and leave my girl. I’d rather die than let anything happen to my kids, and then you see stories like this and I don’t even know what to say. It simply makes my screen blurry that there are kids out there suffering so much.
My little girl is ok praise the Lord, she must of winded herself badly and passed out twice, but after an hour or so, she was back to her usual self.
I am going to have to change the way I’m praying, I haven’t been including enough people.
No doubt the story is worse than this.
The parents look a bit strange.

I’m so sorry you had that event last night but I am very thankful that all is OK.
Their story about how the kid get burned may be true, but the fact they never went to get medical attention is child abuse....
Once in every week, Drano in every meth batch. Yup.
Similar event around our area. The kids were supposedly playing at midnight in the garage. One poured liquid Drano on blankets, then sat it in. The parents were arrested. No medical attention. The next day the little boy supposedly fell out a window and crushed his skull. The hospital saw the burns. The wife had supposedly fallen down some steps, and lost her eye by a nail sticking out of a wooden hand rail. When she and the husband broke up, she admitted he had injured her eye, and the story was so they could sue the landlord and insurance agent. Dopers all. The children have been removed. In Michigan, when parental rights are terminated, all rights are terminated to future children.
