No....The Obamas have to pay for the food. The servants are paid by us.
The rule has always been that the First Family pay for their own food and drinks for their private parties. I seriously doubt that for previous personal parties that the Obamas have ever written a check and no one seems interested in seeing one. I think that they are putting out this EBYC false narrative to keep people from checking up on who is paying the bill for food at this party because they are starting to get some push back on their spending. Heck the WH chef is Obama’s golf buddy, Sam Kass and I am sure he doesn’t say a word about who pays for food and drinks.
