Well the Syrian rebals must be stoked. No doubt Barry and McStain will want them to have some.

Yep, that’s 2,600 yards.
Kind of hard to believe considering it’s basically a 35mm grenade launcher.

I soon expect HHS, TSA, etc, local communists cops to order soon. America is finished.

A godsend would have been more ruble and less trouble.
Spending the money on up armored humvees would have been better on the ground.
Mass produced weapons on the cheap kill just the same.

I too fear it will be used against US troops, against US citizens by corrupt gov’t officials (remember Waco?). I fear the stoopid presidents will arm the wrong people with these.
But we can’t void new technology on these fears.

Cost does not always equal money. Sure, I’d love to send in air strikes as opposed to boots on the ground. That is a given. bomb, bomb, bomb away.

I believe the program funding was cut back in July. It also does not have a 2,300 meter range.

$11,900! That's crazy! What is crazier is that laws prohibit citizens from owning them and the best we can own is 30 year old M16a2s that cost citizens $20-30,000.00 + ATF tax stamp. That is the insane part.

True, and the fact that we need a special permit to own select weapons.

What do you think the “MX” is for on the MXT135 designation?

Crazy. Only America would spend and waste that much money. Tell that to the soldier who's life you'd prefer to waste you idiot.

Can it still fire if the radio signal is jammed or an EMF goes off nearby?
It would be terrible to be in a war zone with and have yourself and all your buddies suddenly have worthless scrap metal.

Idiot? We already developed and spent money on weapons. We have let too many soldiers die because 'we' chose not to use them.

My first thought is: I wouldn’t release a weapon like that for general use unless I had the equivalent counter-measures.

I think that it is an interesting weapon that could be very useful in some circumstances.
It is, however, just a weapon. If you want to keep it from being used on Americans, than be sure no one is in charge who would give the order to use this weapon on Americans. That’s why we have elections.

Yes, I’ve been been following the development of this weapon for a couple of years. Now that it will be deployed, I wonder how the enemy will change and adapt to its use. Any ideas?
