Beautiful statement from Cruz. And Fox gave him plenty of time to do it right—thank you, Fox.

The anti-filibuster rules change in the Senate was indeed about the judicial appointments. The 2nd Circuit ruled against Obama. How long will they be able to do that now? That is why the NY Times wants us to think the rules change is about abortion (to repeat myself).

Excellent op-ed in the Wall Street Journal about how Harry Reid is abusing his power. Not only changing the filibuster rule, but in many other ways.

Bonnie and Clyde running the country.

Agree!! Well worth a listen.

0 has ignored the recess clause. As Sen Cruz mentioned, by "appointing vacancies without senate confirmations - while Senators were in recess.

"Every President since Geo Washington" has followed the recess clause...that ONLY the Senate can decide when the Senate is in recess. NOT 0!!

He's asserted power that three other courts have said are un-Constitutional.

Sen Cruz also discuses the nuclear option and how 0's lawlessness is "intertwined" with it.

Again, excellent listen. Very educational. Yes, thank you Fox for giving Sen Cruz the time to clearly explain this.

Praying that SCOTUS will do the right, Constitutional thing, on this decision.

Is Reid Bonnie or Clyde in his tango with Obama?
