Are senators, etc., REQUIRED to attend his speeches?
If I was a senator, I would just never show up to protest him.
There is no law that the House has to INVITE him... boehner could deny the invitation and he would have to give his SOTU address from the oval foxhole. boehner will serve cake and ice cream and bow before ba’al before he uninvites the dictator.
